1) Vanilla cream with fruits

It is a tasty sweet and it is ready very fast.

Ingredients (for 2 bowls):

300 ml of milk

1 table spoon of flour

1 table spoon of semolina

2 tea spoons of vanilla sugar

1 egg-yolk

fruits, can be dried or fresh


1. Mix the flour, semolina, sugar and 1 tea spoon of vanilla sugar with a little bit of milk to get the mixture smooth, than add the remaining milk.

2. Slowly warm this mixture up.

3. Mix the egg-yolk with the remaining vanilla sugar and add a bit of milk, to have a homogeneous fluid.

4. When the flour-semolina-milk mixture starts to be thick you can add the fruits.  Alternatively you can put the fruits to the botom of the bowls.

5. Add the egg-yolk to the milky paste with continuous mixing and cook it for 1 or 2 minutes until it gets really thick.

6. Pure it into bowls and let it cool down.

You can try it adding cocoa and chocholate, grated lemon-peel, coconut flakes.


These were made with cherries and dried apricot.
